After Medical rushed the officer involved in an Officer involved MVA, the LSPD Officers who responded had a quick debrief to ensure that when the situation occurs again, they would be able to quickly and efficiently secure the scene and provide medical attention. One officer said "The work doesn't stop when the ambo leaves, it doesn't stop when the officer returns to duty, it stops only if you give up. When you don't put in the trainings, the briefings, the time, that's when the work stops. Not because the work stopped, but because you can no longer keep up with it."
